AIR TAXI CERTIFICATE Issued by the FAA to the charter operator. PAGE D-085 of the OPERATION SPECIFICATIONS Page D-085 is a legal document that lists the aircraft the company has on their certificate by the aircraft number.  This assures you that they are not using an aircraft that is not in their fleet. U.S. AIR CARRIERS –CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (form 6410) This is issued by the FAA after they receive documentation from the operators insurance company that the aircraft is properly issued for Air Taxi, and lists the aircraft that are insured by the N number of the aircraft. THE PILOTS 8410-3 This is a letter of authority issued by the FAA to the pilot for each type of aircraft the pilot has been found competent to fly.
